Automatic Strapping Machines from Sunpack are designed for high-efficiency end-of-line packaging operations. They feature sturdy mechanism with minimal greasing, an external strap dispenser for fast loading, and a totally enclosed steel strap chute that accepts straps with slight camber defects—reducing consumable waste.
Strap widths supported include 9 mm, 12 mm, and 15 mm (depending on variant), with a strap thickness of 0.5 – 1.0 mm. The machine offers a maximum strap tension of approximately 80 kg and strapping speeds up to ~25 straps/min.
