Types of FFS Machines

  • FFS Collar Type – Automatic collar type machines for packing products up to 1Kg in centre-seal pouches, equipped with PLC & MMI controls and stainless-steel contact parts (SS304/SS316).

  • FFS Collar Type Servo Driven – Servo-driven system ensuring smooth laminate pulling, pouch filling and sealing, with speeds up to 120 pouches per minute.

  • FFS Collar Type SSD – Intermittent motion machine ideal for sugar, salt, and detergents, featuring easy pouch width adjustment, PLC-controlled pouch length, and speeds up to 60 pouches per minute.

  • FFS Collar Type 150 C – Specially designed for chips and extruded snacks, equipped with servo drive and vacuum belts for precision, with speeds up to 80 pouches per minute using a multi-head weigh filler.

  • FFS Multi-Track 400/600 – Fully automatic PLC-controlled system with servo motors, capable of handling up to 6 tracks and roll widths of 400–600mm, suitable for four-side seal pouches.
